When i received my product their was some liquid in the red sea container not much but enough to pretty much ruin the color disk that you use to identify the color corresponding to ppm value

Ok when i opened the test kit the seal on the solution bottle was already broken and it had leaked all over the contents of the case the test tubes had water reside in them like they had been used and rinsed
