I would have given it 5 stars but back of unit was a little bit banged up when i took it out of the box
Competitiveness
It cooled our entire diningroom kitchen and living room very quickly
It was about 100 cheaper than the next lowest priced 12000 btu brand so well see how long it lasts

Only downfall is when it came shipped to us and we took it out of the box it looked like someone used the back as target practice a couple times with a baseball

The performance are as expect also that unit is not to loud the only thing that hi did not like is the remote control it is the cheapest one i have seen just to put the battery and the cover is bad because the battery dont stay in the slot it is hard to close the cover so no problem i put it in garbage

Easy set up and when the power went out

My electric bill is quite low so it must be pretty efficientthe only issue is that if there is even a brief energy disruption in a storm the unit turns off and has to be turned back on manually

Other than the most disgusting color scheme on the control panel

The thermal sensor is a few degrees off though when set to 66 degrees it actually cools to 69
