To get an idea of its real world full capacity i let a standard ipad run down until it switched itself off then plugged it in to the fully charged power bank

The power bank was able to charge it up to 45 which took around 2 hours before it no longer showed charging

Given that 1020mah battery of gopro lasts for 1 hour this is a bit disappointing but maybe with the camera draws more power when plugged in
