The pill is somewhat easy to * but can be a little difficult because it’s big, and doesn’t have a gel coating to help it go down. Amazing selection of ingredients. If you’re looking for a great daily multivitamin, this is it.

Cons

It pains me to write a bad review. It is not! My first batch, from my local retailer did not have this issue. They are not returnable.

New formula has only 1 million cfu probiotic compared to the old version which had 25 million. Maltodextrin is a harmful ingredient and i would not want to take it daily.

The only improvement that could be made is the packaging
