I put it under my floor in the crawl space and the floor got seven degrees warmer with the same temperature of zero outside.
I recently bought one of those attic door tents to help with the heat leaking down from the attic.

Best thing was that there was no way to expedite shipping so i wrote them an email explaining that i was in the middle of the project.

The attic door did have a roll of insulation tucked under the stairs originally

One this isnt really insulating it just reflect heats so now there is some real insulation below it as well
