Take apart before installing because it’s put together tight

Remove the filter from the box and put in the freezer for a minimum of 1hr before trying to remove the filter from the head

What is does is make the oring hard and shrink just a tiny amount

I had to mount this filter to my wooden work bench with lag bolts to stabilize it enough to then use an oil filter wrench to separate the bowl and filter from the mount body
