Pros & Cons

Pros

This should be required reading prior to high school graduation and again in the mba program. The book is well researched and written. Bravo, ms.

Susan cain has written a well-researched book on the benefits of listening to the quieter voices in the room. Cain describes how the u. S. Evolved into the extrovert-celebrating culture.

Cons

It's hard to grasp the point of each chapter, as it jumps around from one study to the next, one quote to another. Some of the conclusions were not based on solid evidence, in my opinion. Wait for the book by an actual introvert.
