Pros & Cons
Pros
It's a christmas gift for a grandchild. My granddaughter (3 yr) loves it!
She romps on it off and on all day long. Its never popped loose, or broken while riding.
Cons
The springs are nearly impossible to get into place. The nuts and bolts are too short and keep falling off. There were parts (nuts and bolts) were provided for only two of the four springs. Very upsetting and a huge inconvenience.

I mentioned that the pinch guard plastic on the spring broke on one of the horses 24 hrs after we got it and they answered immediately and even gave me a generous refund to help replace the plastic covering

I will point out that just like the base of every spring horse is a metal edge that can hurt the little one if they fall on it

My solution to this is to use a cheap pool noodle split down the middle or pipe insulation tubing and slip over the frame and secure with polar fleece
