Pros

Opti-ferrin has extra vitamins that help with absorption. Vitamin c improves iron absorption. This is the only iron that doesn't cause me constipation.

This has given me a noticeable change. I am not a robot or a spammer, this is a legit review.

Cons

I very low iron and low ferritin. This pill causes such terrible stomach pains. It surprisingly cause diarrhea.
