I am a licensed radio ham and this meter will be very useful in my hobby. Easy to use and did the job. Booklet supplied imformative as well.
Cons
Newer model is very inaccurate. Takes a long time to read voltages. Took 12 screws to access the fuse. Capacitance testing shows different values for the same capacitor sometimes.
Caveat emptor. Incomprehensible instructions, appallingly badly translated into english.
Highlights
Quality
Would recommend and am well pleased with the purchase
The accuracy ties in well with the fluke although i doubt if it will last as long especially if i drop it
Reasonable quality let down by quality of test leads and case
I should have looked closer at the product photographs on amazon as they are clearly very short
Price
A fluke it is not nor is is a fluke price
Cheap slow as hell but it costs just a fraction of branded ones
Competitiveness
Very easy to use for the amateur
However on a recent project i needed another dvm and the flukes are eye wateringly expensive
