Pros & Cons
Pros
Bought this after having a fried cable at one campground during the summer. Had to get the 50amp for the new trailer. Used for roadtrek rv.
Pricey unit, but compare the features of this vs the $100-200 ones before chosing. It is important to know this company has made this unit very serviceable.
Easy to install with little tech knowledge required. Some difficulty getting thick, 50 amp wires into connect slots. Instructions very straight forward. Used youtube video and installation guide to install.
Cons
Seems the contactor is cheap and the coil is overheating. Passed the returning to amazon and am now stuck with a useless expensive piece of equipment. Not very impressed.
