Very sticky though so if youre like to slide your feet when going from updog to downdog or whatever else dont count on it

It is not big at all maybe 2 by 3 and located off to the side and away from any area you would typically put your foot or hand

I have never used a mat that gripped when i was sweating all over it they are all slippery under these conditions

My suggestion to the company is to include a bottle of something to help with the smell and cleaning perhaps a sample size of another product
