At the moment you insert fit this insert the arch support will be very high and render your shoes unusable. It' will not usable for your normal size of shoos. The left foot give me pain in the arch.

I was able to easily remove the manufacturers insoles from my shoes and replace with these ones

If you remove this liner your feet will sweat more easily because they are then exposed to the cushioning foam of the footbed
