Pros
Body effects helps your body to boost its natural ability to burn fat. This gives me just the extra boost i need at the gym especially during long cardio sessions.
It works, suppresses the appetite and gives a few hour energy boost without the jitters. This definitely takes your appetite away and seemingly suppresses sugar cravings.
Don't treat it as a pre-workout. Sounds cliche but it's true. This is probably the best preworkout out there for a multitude of reasons. It's not for the faint of heart.
Cons
Only 1/4 of the container has the supplement and the rest if air! Very disappointing.
