Pros
Even my grumpy associates say they like them. The fermented tea tastes great. I had too many fliptop bottles in the refrigerator last time.
Keep the basic ratio of 1 cup of sugar, 8 bags of tea, and 2 cups starter tea per gallon batch. It has plenty of carbonation without a second ferment. This colony ferments quickly and my second ferments take 1-3 days.
Cons
This is a highly dangerous product that can drastically mess up your life. Never fermented after 20 days. The scoby from the other is 6 inch where the ones from this seller were barely 2 inches.
