If you have any hesitations like i did, these grains are the real deal & by far the best value i found here on amazon. The white spoon is of a regular size white plastic spoon for mixing/baking.

I love the taste of the fermented coconut water with stevia.

I have four different strains and this one was a joke.

With the last 9 days they went front 14 of a cup to about a cup and a half

I would say stick with the milk kefir it needs daily care and they love lots of whole milk to really get back to where they need to be

Update today when i opened it up with the juice added it was carbonated
