I did see a drop in image quality and some interference in the image so it might not be a good solution if youre sensitive to image quality

Every once in a while it would make a loud screeching like noise but it would be easily fixed by checking that all of the cables were connected properly and restarting the adapter by unplugging the ac power supply adapter
