It fits very comfortably on my small tea tray, together with my cup. After washing the lid, i always make sure to squeeze some drying cloth or paper towel into the lid.

I have seen others comment that the lid does not seat snugly with the base which is also the case with the two that i purchased

Doesnt heat up to much with oolongs

The infuser fits exactly inside the pot and the cup fits exactly inside the infuser

I would buy matching cups if they become available because that would complement the gaiwan nicely

If you look carefully you can see some tea just starting to overflow into the spout
