Used this bottle several times a day on the appalachian trail for about 3 12 months as part of my filter system
I tend to be camellike on any trip where im walking a lot and not only is the platypus sizeable in content the fact that its much lighter than a typical water bottle and well bendy for lack of a better term makes it very easy to just shove it in my crossbody bag and keep on going
I carry this as a spare bottle and use it in conjunction with a sawyer water filter to filter water into nalgene bottles
The filter requires a collapsible bottle that you can press to force water into the filter
