Cons
This is a disappointing pillow. Disappointing for a $45 pillow. I am unhappy that this is not returnable and that should be stated more explicitly on the item listing.

I was going to get the occipivot until i saw the cervical pivot actually state it is a self release tool for sternocleidomastoid upper trapezius 1st ribs
