After breaking in these speakers and exploring their potential with a range of applications including heavy gaming bluraystreaming movies and music from several digital not analogue yet sources i would wholeheartedly agree with the tech site reviews

I purchased the bose acoustimass 6 several weeks prior and while it was very good for watching movies except that dialogue would at times lack power and clarity it was incredibly disappointing for listening to music

My room is about 15x25 with hardwood floors and these speakers paired with a yamaha rxv477 receiver rock my house my wife said were going to get the cops called on us i actually tested this theory and it turns out that while the sound is incredibly loud inside you can barely hear it 25 feet outside the house

Yes the speakers are large the center channel is laughably big

Fortunately im building a walltowall floortoceiling bookcase and can plan for it but the size of this thing is going to cause a problem for some

Sometimes the imaging makes me look around to see if someone is in the house or if something fell its that realistic
