This does not have a cutter to remove any clips so dont mess up when you install clip

I discovered that if you score the pex pipe all around then it will snap off so cutting is not necessary and then heat to soften the end of the pipe before you put it on and clamp it

When i turned on the water it leaked worse than before

I repeated the repair with 2 bands to try and cover more area and it leaked even worse

So really not the tools fault its possible the bands were only meant to be used with brass barbed nipples as they seem to crush plastic inserts
