My 2 pomeranians love these supplements. My little g4 heart murmur dog loves these. My dog goes nuts for these hearts. I love that they are soft chews for older dogs.
I have a senior shih tzu with cardiac condition and this supplement was a game changer. My dog was diagnosed with congestive heart failure.
One is a little finicky about it but i just crumble it and mix it in his food and he eats it just fine.

Your dog will get accustomed after a few weeks use and this will subside.
The last ones i’ve received are mostly broken pieces which makes it very difficult to measure how much to give my dog.

For the price of this product i think it should be more consistent than i have described.
