Pros & Cons
Pros
Pedro's chain tool is quite inexpensive and does the job. Made of hardened steel, so will hold up through the long haul. Super lightweight, compact, solid construction and easy to use.
The chain tool works as a chain tool should, to my knowledge. It costs a few more clams but not much than this tool alone. Got this to go in my commuting breakdown kit. I was referred to this item by a fellow cyclist while doing a roadside repair.

Previously i had a little freebie given to me by a friend and while it was light and compact it was awfully hard to hold it while popping out a stubborn pin

Id rather trade the compactness for ease of use since its no fun having to mess with a worn and greasy chain
