Pros

The only issue i have is with the app you use to connect and configure it. Works fine on my samsung phone and windows 7 pc with chrome attachments. Well worth the money :dseriously.

It's hard to overstate what a relief this was for me. Airports are full of euphoric recall. It's kept me good at waking up on time and right away.

Aversion therapy adds an extra jolt to your motivation. Whenever my mind starts to wander, i give myself a little zap. Some days curving cravings needs a stronger zap and some days a lighter zap is all that’s needed.

Cons

The alarm function is unreliable. Also, didnt zap for alarms after the first 3 days. It's also bulky on my wrist. However, it turns out that many people who * themselves by eating junk food are also so masochistic, they enjoy electric shocks.

The elastic band is very cheap made from rubber inexpensive so i feel as if the price should be compensated to the quality

A little uncomfortable to wear but overall great product

It would take a while for it to repair with the phone and that was frustrating

I ended up returning mine but i would still recommend the product

Itd be nice if more than ifttt would connect to it to give you a zap

Mine would only stay paired for a max of 8ft
