Pros

It straightens my hair nicely without any noticeable damage. It is silky straight and the time it took to straighten it was at least 10 minutes faster than with the chi.

Finally upgraded from my babyliss nano. Love this one the most. Great, i've tried many irons & this is definitely the best.

It heats up and cools down quickly. The auto shut-off is a nice feature because i'm always questioning whether i remembered to turn it off.

Cons
