Pros
Easy to install and is dry sturdy. No motion, very sturdy. Easy and efficient. Sleek design, along with easy installation.
Roll slides right on. There is one movable piece at the end that keeps paper on. Plastic gadget on the end prevents the paper towel roll from flying off. The little stopper is awesome.
As listed, good value. No issues with seller.
Cons
Admittedly it's a cheap cupboard, but this wouldn't have happened if it was a better product. The sticky backing is very strong but the arms are fragile. I'm unimpressed, and my landlord will be too.
