Love this printer. Did not hesitate to replace it with another. It also has a long plastic strip that must be carefully removed from the inside. I plan to keep it as adjunct even after my large hp laser printer comes home.
Cons
Uses toner ink at alarming rate. Now, it only prints white lettering on black background. Change it to cardstock and it just jams!
Sadly this printer's software is atrocious. The included instructions are "inscrutable" can't get satisfaction from pantum, either.
Do not waste a penny on this piece of junk. The ad is misleading. Spend the extra to get better printer and save yourself this headache.

It came intact i turned it on to 220v and it immediately burned down
