Pros

Panoxyl benzoyl peroxide is the only thing that keeps my adult acne in check. I use it to keep my cystic acne at a minimum. My son uses it to help with his breakout.

The product arrives well packaged. Great value for your buck. Works great for a teenager.

It's not too harsh on the skin and has prevented breakouts. I believe this helped me not to get dry skin in the adjustment period or after.

Cons

It's runny and doesn't lather for me (in spite of their better lather claim), pretty much seems like it just rinses off. The new formulation is much worse than the old formulation.

Using this and topping with differin gel has not seemed to phase my skin at all. If you try to dab it on for spot treatment, the cream is like water and runs down your face. I feel the 4% peroxide is too much for very sensitive skin. I notice pimples ... Read More
