Cons
Pm-5400-pm makes intermitting noise which can heard in the room. When i plug my amp into this thing, my amp's transformer also hums.

Quality
It works amazing and the quality of the material very good
Good product absolutely provides a safety backstop for all my gear
Well i had been having issues with my sound system the tv was constantly buffering or failing to connect at all
The catv cable was rg59 and the ethernet cable was cat5 both obviously very cheaply made and too short for practical application
Price
Great price too for what it does and features you get

I ordered this unit but when it arrived at my home i received a furman stereo conditioner because the furman was no longer available
I emailed them the photos and the new unit arrived in 2 days
Packaging/appearance
The warehouse pulled item was an openbox that was resealed
Looks like the tape that kept the bag closed was stuck on th inside of the box
Just look for 3000 plus joule protection
Competitiveness
This power conditioner is better that others in that it allows for secquenced start of equipment rather than all at once
