Pros
It rests just above my ears and is comfortable out of the box. A 3 inch brim makes the hat look really large if you have a big brain pan. Fits perfectly and gets continuous compliments.
The hat quality and sizing are fantastic, but i wanted the khaki color. Much classier than a baseball style hat.
Replaced an old london fog rain hat. One for nice events. Throw away the oldest one.
Nice hat, good price. Very nice hat. Love it.
Cons
The hat is too large even though it is sized as a medium. This item came crushed as well as the shipping box was pancaked then retaped by ups. It is very stiff and not comfortable.

I just received my hat and it was shipped fast and wellpackaged the hat was perfect
Literally 5 minutes after i sent the message about the error i received confirmation that they were sending the correct color hat
They stayed in contact and immediately shipped the khaki hat we ordered
I received the correct color a couple of days later
Packaging/appearance
The hat was a gift and it was packaged with care in a sturdy panama jack hat box
It came very well packaged and protected not crushed at all
Bought one and the box arrived slightly crushed and the hat had creases from the crushing so i exchanged it
The second one arrived with the box crushed but the hat was fine you would think that they would get a clue and use a better box

I tried several different sun protection hats from amazon and this is the best of the lot

Its not bad looking and im not a 34hat sort of guy34 but they run rather large and the method they use for 34sizing down34 is pretty cheesy

The hat is quite stiff in construction too which you can feel sometimes when the crown comes in contact with your bald head
