We were very pleased with the canopy

That said i am very happy with the awning now that it is in place and functioning well at keeping my porch dry

Very resonable price point for the quality

However all the parts were inventoried and there was no significant damage to the product

Shipping

The palram 1500 door awning was received a day later than expected and in outside of the shipping container it did not travel well

Previous reviews were spot on as it related to the shipping carton

Packaging/appearance

As noted by other reviewers packaging took a beating in transit but product was in perfect condition and all parts arrived

The badthe packaging delivery is horrible and i needed to send it back twice the panel broke both times

Packaging is questionable so check that all parts are in and not damaged but the replacement came in timely manner

I did not give it the highest rating because of the packaging

Competitiveness

Ive used this product line on several different locations and found all palram products to be well made and a quality product for the cost

Advise to slide polycarb awning in from side after installing support structure to wall
