Pros
Made sourdough baguettes with it, fits well, bakes perfectly. Just need to come up with a cover that spans all four slots for the first part of baking. Cooks evenly and the bread doesn't stick to the pan.
The finish enables me to shape my loaves and let them rise right in the pan without any oil/nonstick spray/cornmeal. The pan itself also cools very quickly and is a cinch to clean.
The loaf has 4 troughs, but they are much shallower than shown in the photo. Resulting little round loaves slice into little circles for great little canapes, can slice the long way for submarine sandwiches. The perforations make for some amazing loav... Read More

The trough section is very small and it looks like the baguettes will either be deformed or just large breadsticks. Not even scratching it.
