The quality of this product dint degrade at all after heavy usage in over 6 months
Oxo products are a bit expensive since you pay for high quality it is acceptable

I can only think oxo have hired the greatest minds to design their range as yet again they have beaten all the competition hands down

The large surface is great for omlettes pancakes and fried eggs

The sirface is so wide so it would be impossible to flip your egg badly

While it is large it easily works on an 8in frying pan and is perfect for turning basically anything especially things like thin pancakes
