I cant work out how youd get the builtin filter out of the brew basket and it did not do a good job distributing water evenly as a top filter

Do note you need the paper filter to sit directly on the grounds not in the wider chamber above

If its not touching the grounds it will simply sag and create a single centered drop and defeat its purpose
