They're fairly small and thin in the right places. Fit in slimmer daintier shoes but the arch support is no joke. Amp; puts you inline.
Cons
I have very sensitive feet and that may be the cause of my discomfort. They’re super thin and the arch support that i need for plantar fasciitis isn't there.

Theyre fairly small and thin in the right places meaning it actually fits in slimmer daintier shoes but the arch support is no joke

I ordered so many orthotic and arch support inserts for my rothy shoes they were too wide not supportive didnt work well in the shoe etc
