Ive been using lifting rubber pads for all my lifts for a very long time
I just finished my first workout using the grip power pads firm and they worked great i never wear gloves in the gym for a variety of reasons including but not limited to ego and jokes about matching purses but i needed some padding for pressing movements because of injuries to my hands
