It takes just a minute to warm it in you hands to be a smooth, spreadable cream. It melts into an oily texture when warmed on skin, but absorbs nicely.

Amazon refunded my money. Made from poor quality shea nuts (seeds) and not finished properly to remove excess moisture. Did not melt in hands.

Even after mixing it with other stuffs and scents, the smell of this shea butter overpowered everything. Still horrible. It smells like rancid kalamata olives.
