It is a reusable can which maintains tight sealing. Easy to reseal has a inner seal and a outer seal.
The powder mixes quick if you first ad a very little bit of water to form a wet paste consistency then add the rest of the water. Makes a great smoothie. The taste isn't unpleasant to me it has an earthy grass like taste.
As told in reviews on line helps eyesight. Works great if you plan to make capsules. My husband has high blood pressure issues and on meds he takes 1/4 tsp and his bp has been going down.
