It's not fast, but pain issues started resolving in few weeks. I have some teeth that are bothering me, and this gives fast relief for minor tooth pain/sensitivity. Worth every penny.
The cinnamon flavor is not overpowering in any way. My toddler loves it as well. No real complains, it is in powder form so be prepared to do things a little differently.
Orawellness tooth powder isn't overpoweringly minty just barely a hint of mint. This paddle is a game-changer in terms of using a powdered teeth cleaner. It's the best powdered product i've used thus far.
Cons
Shine tooth powder is overpriced. I am ok with its flavor and smell, but so far this is doesn't work as advertised.

It hasnt lasted 3 months like it says because im packing it into my mouth guard at night but my teeth are not so sensitive even before the first jar is gone
