Ooma offers a free trial of their premier service for 60 days. The only problem i have had was my scout got zapped by lightning last year.

Ooma is hooked up to our internet behind the router/firewall. No problem with ooma resetting by itself after power outages. Only downside is that twice my internet service has gone down briefly.

Good audio quality. Voice quality and ease of use is excellent. The voice is crystal clear just like regular phone line.

Cloud based voicemail is great because you can listen to your messages from a computer or phone.

This company truly is nothing more than a ponzi scheme. They need to stop conspiring in misleading consumers. Don't be fooled by advertising gimmick.

There are many complaints about this procedure on the ooma forums, but ooma says they have no intention of correcting it. At least it works!

Ooma claims it offers unlimited minutes. In fact, the service requires a subscription to work. Users are prohibited from using more than 3,000 minutes per month. Ooma says it offers an "unlimited" service.
