Several settings including constant light and blinking light. Delivered quickly. Packaged well. Pretty forgiving on forced bends.

For those who dont have the product with them the noise they are reffering to is the sound of electricity running through the wire

Unless you are either standing with your ear to the battery box or are specifically listening for the noise like i was you wouldnt even notice it

If you are familiar with el wire products the power box does generally make a high pitch noise
