This works for my proform after searching their own site which they dont even see an ac adapter for it and calling support they have me a 3rd party vendor parts number and website

The old one was rated 9 volts 4 amps and this one is rated 9 volts 2 amps but the lower amperage doesnt seem to make a difference to the machine or the control panel
