At the beginning a little frustrated with oculus installation but after a little research and having this kind of problems before with other antivirus i found out the solution

You just need to disable mcafee and install oculus

The hdmi port on the mother board is dummyplugged which shouldnt be used

The graphic card has one dvi port which connects to the monitor next to the dvi port theres a group of 4 ports i tried both the top and the bottom ones the goggles hdmi male connector didnt fit

I looked it up it turns out they are display ports
