The worst nightmare was when the tiny cup would fall out in a dishwasher and one had to pick it up from whoknowswhere bottom of the dishwasher

Really these items have been comparable to top name brand items i’ve gotten from calphalon kitchenaid and others

All you need to do is flip the basket as stated on the product description
