I cant say i notice observable changes while taking this product
I have been taking 4 mg 3 times a day 12mg total for 3 weeks
Ive noticed my fatigue has dropped significantly and recovery time is 1 day at max
I plan on finishing the bottle at 12mg per day then tapering down to more of a maintenance 4mg per day
