Works great on all 3 watching netflix on a surface pro 3 worked great on 2 sets plugged in straight from a roku remote and worked great watching roku and listening through the phone app as well

This is a great product ive had 5 sets of earbuds plugged in w no sound issues at all

Its regular stereo not surround sound as it was coming from the original computer

If youre having this problem i would recommend making sure the plugs are inserted all the way since it might look and feel like it is but if you give it a good hard push it might click in the rest of the way and solve your problem
