Pros

Comes with a measuring spoon! It's very sweet tasting soo i take it like a shot lol. It did stain my teeth, considerably, but those were a small price to pay to have my hemoglobin go up so quickly.

American society of hematology recommends 3/4 teaspoon every morning on an empty stomach. Saw an improvement in my labs and didn't need as many iron transfusions. Before i was bottomed out and had to have infusions 3 times a week.

Will update a month from now. Such a godsend. But anyhoo, this is great.
