If you add watermelon juice (ideally with mint), or a cucumber, lime maple syrup agua fresca, it's delicious. I actually like the way it tastes with no extra flavoring. Love the grape flavor.
I tell every one of my providers about normalyte. They should recommend it to every provider they know and all the patients that they've ever had. I have pots/dysautonomia and these are amazing! No more brain fog or depression symptoms.
Plenty of essential minerals, easy to add to bottled water. Makes it easier for me to exercise outdoors in dc's hot and humid summers.
I find using this for 1 or 2 days before an event really helps me with pre-race prep. Convenient, easy and helpful.
