Omega 3's can help with back pain and blood pressure. My grandson also takes four a day because of his high functioning autism. Even my doctor takes it.

Cons

About 20 minutes after taking, i get these * fish burps. These burps are so bad i can't use the rest of the bottle which was expensive. Apparently only using sardines and anchovies is not ok for someone who suffers with esophageal issues?

Nordic is roughly 4 times the price of kirland but each capsule also contains 2x epadha so its not too bad
